I had been trying to exercise, lose weight and get fit on my own for a few years but I wasn’t making any progress. I didn’t know the right way to get fit. I was very excited when ESN Health opened since it was close to home and more private than the big crowded gyms. I started working with Ryan in February and I’ll admit it was difficult the first few weeks. Incorporating three workouts each week and making time for cardio wasn’t easy. Adhering to Ryan’s nutrition plan took some effort.
